- Dual Wall Applications - Corrugated HDPE Pipe
Dual Wall - Smooth Interior
Blue Diamond Corr-A-Flow™ is a dual wall corrugated HDPE (high density polyethylene) pipe with a smooth inside wall and a corrugated exterior for strength. Corr-A-Flow is available in diameters from 4” through 24”. Laying lengths are 20’ and overall length is determined by the integral bell spigot design. Pipe is available solid or perforated.

Specifications and Joint Options
Corr-A-Flow meets ASTM F 405 material specifications in diameter from 4” to 6”, and ASTM F 667 for the larger diameters. Perforations and physical properties meet AASHTO M 252 for 10” and smaller and M-294 for 12” and larger, Type S (smooth interior) and SP (smooth and perforated.) Standard pipe comes with an integral bell and a spigot joint. External couplers are available. Standard bell and spigot pipe meets soil tight specifications per AASHTO M-294. Gasketed joints are furnished with a gasket, seated in the corrugation of the spigot end. The gasket meets ASTM F 477, and the joint has been laboratory tested to at least 2 psi per AASHTO specification M-294 at least 2 psi per AASHTO specification M 294, section 7.9.2
